The day before the session, we’ll touch base to select the ideal surf spot based on your skill level and current physical condition—ensuring you’re all set for a thrilling experience.
On the day of the shoot, we’ll make a final decision on the surf spot, taking into consideration the ocean’s conditions. You’re welcome to stick to your favorite spot, or follow my professional advice for the best results. If the ocean conditions are not optimal upon arrival, we have the option to reschedule the shoot, as my main goal is to capture stunning images of you. However, once you decide to proceed and hit the waves, rescheduling won’t be possible unless the conditions suddenly turn unfavorable or there’s an equipment mishap.
As for my gear, I’ve been using SONY since 2020, specifically the Sony A1 and A7R3 cameras, along with a range of lenses covering a broad focal length, allowing me to adapt to any ocean condition and skill level.
If you pick the option for water shooting, I employ a robust waterproof housing from Aquatech, along with various adaptors to fit my range of lenses. This equipment ensures that I am ready to capture your surf experience in all its glory, regardless of the ocean’s mood.
